If you want to limit your red meat intake but still want fajitas, you need to order my absolute favorite, the shrimp fajitas! You won't be disappointed! They are by far the best I've ever had in any restaurants!!

Pappacitos in Clear Lake is a great place to go for sizzzzzling fajitas and made-to-order flour tortillas.
My favorite is the seafood enchiladas as well as the beef fajitas. I also enjoy their wonderful desserts.
The restaurant is clean and the waiters attentive to your needs. Stop inn and say "Hola" to Paul, the manager!
