Description

BRC is a modern American gastropub., A giant rooster marks the spot off Washington. The never-bashful backers of The Glass Wall and 310 Rosemont had fun with the décor. You’ll find lighting fashioned from overturned egg baskets, portraits of things that sing cockadoodledoo, a unisex trough sink in the bathroom, and rich tapestry wallpaper from London – the swingin’ city that inspired the clever upscale pub food. Think well-priced burgers, Dr Pepper fried quail, fish and chips, and frozen Snickers beignets. Turn the suede bound “field guide” for an equally comforting list of wine and beer.

Found out what came first – the chicken or the egg. Brunch starts THIS Sunday, where you can nosh on fancy omelettes, beer flights and housemade white wine mojitos and sangria. Or, opt for the weekly Sunday night fried chicken picnic, served family-style on brown paper.
