It is hard to beat Benihana's with four (4) Houston locations for dining entertainment, but Houston does have some excellent choices.

My favorite is Ichibon Japanese Seafood & Steakhouse in Kemah. Eat at the hibachi table

Sage 400 - Located on the southwest corner of W. Alabama and Sage, this restaurant has it going on. You have to try the Chilean Sea Bass and the fresh sushi.

Kubo's Sushi Bar and Grill - Whether it is an appetizer of Spicy Tuna Mushroom and Kubo's Miso-Bouillabaisse as a soup starter, or a special entree such as Salmon Hooba-Yaki, Kubo's Garlic Beef or Chirashi - Kubo's serves only the freshest, most exceptional seafood, meats and vegetables.
