When entertaining our family, including grand-children, we enjoy the following restaurants:

The Aquarium - Great fun for the kids watching the fish as you eat. The Kemah location also offers the boardwalk and rides. Be sure to Valet park. It is only $5.00 and saves a lot of time.

There are other good restaurants on the Kemah Boardwalk as well. Lot's of variety.

Monument Inn - After an afternoon of Historic visits to the Battleship Texas and the San Jacinto Monument, plan a late afternoon dinner at the Monument Inn. Watching the ships going by as well as the ferry is great fun for the kids with a window seat.

The food is consistantly good with lots of homemade rolls and sweets.
