Houston has some of the best restaurants in the Southern US of A.

Houston Restaurants will explore and review some of Houston's finest restaurants as we have an almost unlimited selection to choose from. Additionally, I will not list all their information on this site, rather I will provide you with a link to their website for you to explore.
My reviews are unbiased and unsolicited. The restaurants I will be writing about will not know I am there and will be evaluated "on the spot". If my dining experience is average or poor, I will not include their review on this site. In other words, no one is paying me to do this! No free dinners, no spiff's, no payoffs. This means only the best Houston has to offer will be listed here.
You may ask, "Who are you to evaluate and write about dining at Houston's restaurants"? Good question. I am the ultimate average Houstonite.

I am not classically trained as a chef or in the fine art of cuisine evaluation. I have not ever owned a restaurant, with the exception of a small sandwich shop many, many years ago. I have spent well over $150,000.00 during the last 10 years dining at Houston's best. Yes, I have my favorites, but I have not been to them all and I love to explore new tastes and concepts in dining.

You will not see chain restaurants here with the exception of some of the Houston based successes that got their start in this area.
